Meeting Nicole on Instagram has been a breath of fresh air just when I  needed it. I have been on a weight loss and fitness journey since February (officially) but all my life in reality.

Recently I became bored of the same routine. Nicole has helped me mix it up and refocus. We went through my preferences food and fitness wise and Nicole came up with a plan for both checking in with me twice weekly and more if I needed it. She has incorporated my love of jump rope in my workouts and tailored them for home and gym. I feel like I look so much better and toned and am really pleased with the results.

I would recommend Nicole to anyone who wants to restructure and reset their lifestyle with no pressure and lots of support.
Working with Nicole was an amazing experience. The workouts are demanding but effective and you feel great afterwards. The recipes are delicious and easy to cook.

But my biggest achievement while working with Nicole was to listen to my inner voice. What is it that I really want, what is really necessary to achieve my goals and what is just not necessary. Nicole is such an empathetic and patient person, she spends so much energy and effort, it's unbelievable.

I first started training with Nicole last summer when we had the first lock down and I needed some help to lose weight for a holiday and for someone to help keep me accountable. Since then my training programs have changed to incorporate being back in the gym working towards gaining muscle.

I've learnt so much from training with Nicole, from how to gain strength and feel strong, to learning about nutrition and becoming more conscious about what I eat and why, and most importantly growing in confidence and believing in myself.

My highlight about training with Nicole is that she just gets my mental barriers and little wobbles and manages to say the right thing to help get me back on track.

Nicole was my fitness coach and I am very pleased with the results. She tailored a fitness and meal plan according to my goals. I noticed a change in my body and my energy levels totally increased thanks to her plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this program suitable for someone with no experience jumping rope?

Yes, 100% anyone can jump rope and we start from the basic footwork and build from there. You can get in shape and learn a new skill at the same time.

Do I need access to a gym for this program?

No you don’t, there is a resistance training element to the plan but this can be done at home or in a gym it’s totally up to you.

What will I learn during the program?

You will learn how to jump rope and learn some new skills depending on your starting point, you will also learn how to eat a healthy and tasty balanced diet and how to make this your lifestyle without giving up the things you love.

Can I still eat out and enjoy weekends?

Of course! This is a lifestyle and I will teach you how to create balanced meals, how to order whilst you’re out and about and how to incorporate your favourite foods without ruining your progress.

How do you help me personally?

We have a weekly check in where I will assess your progress and make any plan changes if needed. This can be done via zoom or whatsapp. I will also whatsapp you throughout the week to make sure you are on track and I am here for you 7 days a week if you have any questions or having a wobble. You have our 1-1 session in the program too so I can help you with your technique and any skills you are stuck on.

How quick will I see results?

If you stick to your nutrition plan and bring your all to your sessions you’ll see a difference in 1-2 weeks! In terms of your jump rope progression this can take longer depending on your start point but again if you practice and take on board any feedback you could see a difference in a couple of weeks.
