I first started training with Nicole last summer when we had the first lock down and I needed some help to lose weight for a holiday and for someone to help keep me accountable. Since then my training programs have changed to incorporate being back in the gym working towards gaining muscle.
I've learnt so much from training with Nicole, from how to gain strength and feel strong, to learning about nutrition and becoming more conscious about what I eat and why, and most importantly growing in confidence and believing in myself.
My highlight about training with Nicole is that she just gets my mental barriers and little wobbles and manages to say the right thing to help get me back on track.
